I hope you will seriously consider FST and how it can help you. Let Free Motion Stretch help you move better & feel better today.
As a dancer for over 25 years, a CrossFit Masters athlete, and someone who has been actively involved in the fitness industry since 1993, I am keenly aware and passionate about the importance of movement to overall health – particularly when injuries, illness, and the aging process limit our ability to function optimally. I have had a life-long passion for movement and fitness. In fact, after years of performing and teaching dance, I spent over 25 years as a Jazzercise franchisee. I also found the sport of CrossFit and in 2014 I set a personal goal to place in the top 200 masters women athletes in the world in the CrossFit Open competition. It took 5 years, but in 2019, I accomplished that goal and was ranked #135th in the world, and #102nd in the U.S., in my age group of masters women athletes. No matter what your goals – the better you move, the more you can accomplish.
I was first introduced to FST in 1997 by the founder of FST, Ann Frederick, and quickly realized the benefits of the therapy as one of her clients. After many years in the business world, I unexpectedly reconnected with Ann, now CEO & Co-Founder of Stretch to Win Institute, and we talked about how FST has helped so many people move and feel better around the world. I decided that I wanted to be a part of the FST family and growing industry of providers, helping others with pain relief, improved range of motion and overall function. Little did I know what a blessing it would be to help others pursue their goals – whether that’s a collegiate or professional sport, improved performance in their fitness endeavors, assisting in the transition from an inactive to more active lifestyle, or simply enjoying life more by being able to move more freely and independently.
At Free Motion Stretch, we believe in helping others move better and feel better so they can live life to the fullest. We also believe that movement is freedom – and while many of us take that for granted, the minute it changes, we become keenly aware of how it affects every aspect of our lives.
On a worldwide scale, we are deeply passionate about freedom of movement for all people and that no one should hinder another’s freedom for profit. As a company, we are passionate about stepping into the fight against modern day slavery. Victims of human trafficking won’t ever have a chance at a full life if we don’t fight for them. If we don’t step in on their behalf, they will continue to be a commodity to be bought and sold. Free Motion Stretch donates 10% of our profit to Dressember Foundation, a non-profit organization whose vision is a country and world without slavery. With every stretch session, you are helping us fight for others freedom of movement, and we thank you!
